TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct items are ordered. All orders are ultimately made using the item reference number. Please ensure you have also included things like handles, hinges, slats, midbeams etc.

If the wrong item is ordered by the customer, the return and exchange can be made by Justflatpack at an extra charge. Justflatpack cannot be responsible for checking the correctness of any orders (colour, handles, hinges etc). Customers goods will be ordered according to PRODUCT CODE and nothing else.

Any items with opened packaging which need to be returned are subject to a 30% charge.

Sofas are non-returnable

If it is not possible to offload your goods within 10 metres of your front door prior arrangements must be made at the time of ordering.

We require any information regarding parking restrictions, access (5th floor, no lift etc), visitor parking permits etc. as this would help our installers work more efficiently.

It is occasionally not possible to arrive during the given timeslot. Justflatpack will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the client.

It is our company policy not to make any fixings to walls. If our fitters are to make any wall fixings with your permission we cannot take any responsibility for any damage (burst pipes ...etc).

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment is due IN FULL at the end of the job once everything is to your satisfaction. In the case of deliveries, payment must be made to the driver on delivery, or prior to the delivery date.

Card payments can be made to the drivers, who will have a mobile Chip & PIN terminal. Please note that there is a 3% fee payable on credit card transactions, but debit cards have no surcharge. We accept Visa Credit and Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Solo, Electron and Maestro. All payments are due upon completion of the job. Parking fees and congestion charges are the customers responsibility and will be added to the invoice total.

Cheque payments can be made provided a cheque guarantee card is present, and the cheque does not exceed the guarantee limit.
